An Overbite

Another Girl (The Beatles)

For I have got, An Overbite. An Overbite

I’m just an English boy from just South of Liverpool
And like every local lad, I have trouble chewing food
My teeth’s a sight, I know they aren’t right, when I bite

For I have got, An Overbite. An Overbite

Corrective surgery was never a plan
That’s not how the dental system works in Olde England
You just grin and bare, as people stare, everywhere

For I have got, An overbite
An overbite with a English stiff upper lip
I look more like a Walrus than John ever did

That’s why our hair is long and we’re called the Mop Tops
To divert our female fan’s eyes, from my enormous chops
You can’t Love me Do, From Me to You , Oh Darling it’s true

For I have got, An overbite
An overbite with a English stiff upper lip
I look more like a Walrus than John ever did

But as a true Englishman, I will just carry on
Shaking my head and singing my Silly Love Songs
If they Dance Tonight, Good Rocking Tonight, forget they might

For I have got, An Overbite. An Overbite
